Buzz-Shop.nl – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Buzz-Shop.nl we strive to make sure you are always satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, we make the return process simple and transparent.
We offer a 30-day return period.

How does returning work?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• The return shipment must be accompanied by proof of purchase or an invoice.
• When packaging, use as little tape as possible to avoid damaging the product packaging.
• Once we have received your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt and assessment of your return request within 2 business days..

Send an email to info@buzz-shop.nl to submit your return request.

• A return label to send back your parcel free of charge.
• Instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
• Returns are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt.

Important: Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

• Buzz-Shop.nl will reimburse the standard return shipping costs.

• For items subject to a volume surcharge, only the standard shipping costs will be reimbursed.

• No administration or restocking fees will be charged.

Damage and Issues

Check your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any of the following:

• Damage,

• A Defect

• Or a Wrong Delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours at info@buzz-shop.nl and include:

• Your order number,

• Clear photos of the item and the damage.

We will provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible, such as a replacement product or a refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants),

• Personalized or custom-made products,

• Personal care items (for example cosmetics),

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases,

• Discounted items and gift cards (“final sale”),

• Consumable items such as smoke fluid, bubble fluid, confetti, and streamers,

• Used devices in which liquids have been applied (such as smoke machines or hazers).

Exchanges

Would you prefer to receive another item?

• Please return the received item first through the regular return procedure.

• Then place a new order for the desired product.

This way you will receive the new item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

After receiving your return:

• We will check the item against the return conditions.

• After approval, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Non-approved returns: If the item does not meet the return conditions, you will receive 75% of the purchase amount as a refund.

• For returns of items with a volume surcharge, only the standard shipping rate will be credited.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

The following also applies:

• Items must be unused, unworn, with the original labels attached, and in the original packaging

• A proof of purchase is required.
