We currently deliver to the following countries:

The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germanny.
Would you like your order to be delivered somewhere else? Please contact us.

Free Shipping
Orders over €100.00 → Free shipping
For bulky goods → Free shipping from €750.00

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing:

Products that are in stock at our fulfilment center will be shipped the same day when ordered. before 10:00 PM.

Products that are not in stock at the fulfilment center, but are available from the supplier, will be delivered within 5 business days..

The expected delivery date is always shown on the product page and in the category overviews.

Delivery Time (after dispatch)

Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery on the next business day, including Saturday.

Duitsland & Frankrijk:
1 – 3 werkdagen

Please note:
Orders placed after 10:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, as well as on Sunday, will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods or holidays (such as Black Friday or Christmas), the delivery time may be extended by up to 2 days.

Wij verzenden in kartonnen dozen. Om onnodig verpakkingsmateriaal te voorkomen, kan het zijn dat producten met een stevige verpakking in hun originele productverpakking worden verzonden.

On the day of shipment, you will receive a track & trace link that allows you to follow your parcel in real time.

Parcel lost, not delivered, or damaged?

Lost parcel:
Please contact us within 5 days after the expected delivery date for a replacement or refund.

Damaged items:
Report this within 24 hours of receipt by email. Please include clear photos and your order number for a quick resolution.

Signature upon delivery

Upon delivery, you will be asked to provide your signature and name to the courier..

Delivery Address & Shipping Policy

Delivery location:
Orders are delivered to the address you provided during checkout.

Entered the wrong address?
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
