Buzz-Shop.nl – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Buzz-Shop.nl, we aim to ensure you’re always satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we make returns simple and transparent. We offer a 30-day return period.
How do returns work?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- The return shipment must include proof of purchase or an invoice.
- When packing, use as little tape as possible to prevent damage to the packaging.
- After we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt and an assessment of your return request within 2 business days.
Requesting a return
Send an email to info@buzz-shop.nl to submit your return request.
After approval, you will receive:
- A return label to send your parcel back free of charge.
- Instructions on how and where to drop off the parcel.
A return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs
- Buzz-Shop.nl reimburses standard return shipping costs.
- For items subject to a bulky-item surcharge, only the standard shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- No administration or restocking fees are charged.
Damage and issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is:
- Damage,
- A defect,
- Or an incorrect delivery,
contact us within 48 hours at info@buzz-shop.nl and include:
- Your order number,
- Clear photos of the item and the damage.
We will provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible, such as a replacement product or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants),
- Personalized or custom-made products,
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics),
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
- Discounted items and gift cards (“final sale”),
- Consumables such as fog fluid, bubble fluid, confetti, and streamers,
- Used devices in which liquids have been used (such as fog machines or hazers).

Exchanges
Would you prefer a different item?
- First return the received item via the standard return procedure.
- Then place a new order for the desired product.
This way, you’ll receive the new item as quickly as possible.
Refunds
After receiving your return:
- We inspect the item against the return conditions.
- Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Non-approved returns: If the item does not meet the return conditions, you will receive 75% of the purchase amount as a refund.

For returns of items with a bulky-item surcharge, only the standard shipping rate will be credited.
Please note: Banks or credit card companies may take a few business days to process refunds. If you still haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@buzz-shop.nl.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU law)
In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
This also applies:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
